Your reservation is secured with a debit/credit card at the time of booking. Payment is normally taken for your account at time of departure (unless prior arrangements have been made. By placing a booking with Sunshine Cottage you agree to the cancellation policy terms below.

 

Cancellation Policy

A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation at Sunshine Cottage in Newbold Verdon. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 GMT 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged unless otherwise stated in the room notes.

We respectfully remind guests that reservation constitutes a contract

 

Disability Access Statement

Due to the layout and age of the building we advise guests who may have difficulty negotiating uneven floor levels or stairs that our accommodation may not be suitable.

 

Pets

We are unable to accommodate any pets/animal within any part of our property

 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking facilities are available on our patio area.

 

Check-in

Guests may check in after 4.00pm but not later than 10.00pm on day of arrival

(Unless other arrangements were agreed at time of booking).

 

Check-out

Guests are asked to vacate their room by 11.00am on day of departure.
