Your reservation is secured with a debit/credit card at the time of booking. Payment is normally taken for your account at time of departure (unless prior arrangements have been made. By placing a booking with Sunshine Cottage you agree to the cancellation policy terms below.
Cancellation Policy
A debit/credit card is required to secure and guarantee your reservation at Sunshine Cottage B&B, Newbold Verdon
You may cancel/amend your booking without charge at any time up to 5 full days prior to your date of arrival. If a cancellation is made/no show within the last 5 days prior to arrival (or during your stay) a charge of 70% of the booked room rate will be made to you.
NOTE EVENT DATES -
By placing a verbal/written booking with Sunshine Cottage B&B you accept the cancellation policy and agree to the terms above. Credit/debit cards will be automatically charged where these terms are not adhered to.
We respectfully remind guests that reservation constitutes a contract
Disability Access Statement
Due to the layout and age of the building we advise guests who may have difficulty negotiating uneven floor levels or stairs that our accommodation may not be suitable.
Pets
We are unable to accommodate any pets/animal within any part of our property
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking facilities are available on our patio area.
Check-
Guests may check in after 4.00pm but not later than 10.00pm on day of arrival
(Unless other arrangements were agreed at time of booking).
